SALE CONDITIONS Here you can find the sale conditions for sg-nutsworld’s buyer nutsworld can modify the terms of conditions and they will be publish on the site TERMS AND CONDITIONS The costumer (it’s necessary to be over 18 years older) sends a e-mail order to sg-nutsworld; the shipment of the order involves the acceptance to riceive comunications from nutsworld in order to deliver the goods. Law n. 196/2003 guarantees that the personal data treatment is made respecting rights, freedom and dignity. We treat your personal data respecting your privacy. According to art. N°10, we inform you that your personal data (in processing mode) are used only to fulfil the contract. Whenever necessary, we transmit your personal data to the charged society, caring all the selling phases and the products forwarding. You personal data are important to fulfil the sale contract. We do not use your data for different purchases. You can exercise your rights according to art. 13 Law 196/2003. CONFIRM OF ORDER Naturale Benessere confirms the order through e-mail to the costumer ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER Orders will be binding only if our client will receive a confirmation by e-mail: payment is authorized and products are available Print your e-mail and keep it. According to the legislative decree n° 185/99, our client can to recede the contract without penalties and without giving explanations, for a period of ten days from the day he receives the products. He has to contact us to inform about his intention of receding the contract (writing if he wants his money back) by a registered letter. In ten days, he has to send a fax or a telegram, followed then by a registered letter in 48 hours. However, he has to send the products in good conditions and in their original pack; the forwarding depends on the receiver and it is under his responsibility.
